JennAir Refrigerator Dimensions: Built-In Columns & Sizes

JennAir is a luxury built-in brand — most of the lineup is designed to sit flush in cabinetry as 84″-tall columns and side-by-sides, plus wine columns, undercounter units and panel-ready dishwashers. As with any built-in, the cabinet opening matters more than the box. Here are the sizes by type.

Typical JennAir dimensions by type

Type Width Height Depth
Built-in refrigerator & freezer columns 24–36″ 84″ ~24″ (flush)
Built-in side-by-side / French door 42–48″ 83–84″ ~24″ (flush)
Wine & beverage column 18–24″ ~84″ ~24″
Undercounter / compact 24″ 34–35″ ~24″
Dishwasher 24″ opening 32⅜″ 24″

Widths and heights are from the JennAir models we track; built-in depth is the standard flush 24″ install figure. Built-in units need a finished cabinet niche — confirm the exact opening on the model’s own spec sheet before building.

How JennAir sizing works

  • Columns are 84″ tall. All-refrigerator, all-freezer and freezerless columns run a full 84″ to align with tall cabinetry, in widths from 24″ to 36″. Pair columns to build a custom run.
  • Built-in side-by-sides are wide. The integrated side-by-side and French-door built-ins run 42–48″ and finish flush at ~24″ deep.
  • Flush 24″ depth. Like other built-in brands, JennAir is engineered to sit flush with 24″ cabinetry; doors and handles project beyond that.
  • A few freestanding models too. JennAir also offers counter-depth French-door refrigerators (~36″ wide, ~70″ tall) that drop into a standard opening rather than a built-in niche — check whether your model is built-in or freestanding.
  • It needs a cutout. Built-in means a framed opening sized to the unit. Always size the niche from your specific model’s spec sheet.
